La Laguna Drug Den Busted: Dealer Jailed, Drugs and Cash Seized
Police in La Laguna dismantled a drug trafficking point in El Cardonal, arresting a suspect and seizing cocaine, hashish, ecstasy, marijuana, and over €21,000 in cash.
Police have shut down a cocaine and hashish dealing spot in the El Cardonal area of La Laguna.
Officers received tips about a man supposedly selling drugs from different places in the neighborhood.
Their investigation confirmed the drug dealing was happening. This led to a police operation where they identified the suspected dealer and gathered enough evidence to get a warrant to search his home.
The suspect was arrested for drug trafficking. Police seized 101 grams of cocaine, 20 doses of cocaine, 600 grams of hashish, 39 ecstasy pills, 107 grams of marijuana, and €21,075 in cash, according to a police statement.
The suspect has been sent to jail by the court.
