The event will be held at the Los Laureles Restaurant starting at 6:30 PM. It focuses on Bodega Viñátigo, a winery known for its work in preserving native grape varieties and studying the island’s unique soil. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of five different wines, followed by a virtual tour of the winery, allowing them to see the production process firsthand without leaving the hotel.
