HiperDino Group to Launch Drago Plaza in Icod Spring 2026
The HiperDino Group will open its new Drago Plaza shopping center, a 5,261-square-meter complex featuring a HiperDino supermarket, in Icod de los Vinos, Tenerife, by spring 2026, creating over 70 jobs.
The HiperDino Group is set to open a new shopping center called Drago Plaza in spring 2026. Located at 71 Príncipes de España Avenue in Icod de los Vinos, the center will span 5,261 square meters of commercial space.
Drago Plaza will feature a two-level car park with 140 spaces, along with a 2,495-square-meter HiperDino supermarket. It will also offer 2,766 square meters for other retail units, which are currently available for rent and range in size from 150 to 800 square meters. The entire building is designed to be modern, bright, and attractive for shoppers.
This new development is expected to become a strategic and comprehensive commercial hub for northern Tenerife. It will also be a significant source of new jobs in the northern part of the island, with the HiperDino supermarket alone anticipated to create over 70 new positions.
