Maritime Rescue helicopter rescued three uninjured crew members from a sailboat that got into trouble off the coast of San Cristóbal de La Laguna.

A small sailboat got into trouble off the coast of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, leading to a helicopter rescue of its three crew members by Maritime Rescue. The La Laguna City Council reported the incident.

The events began the previous night when several people reported seeing a vessel with navigation lights on, stuck on a cliff in a low-tide area near the court. Local police officers were sent to investigate.

When officers arrived, they found parts of the sailboat's hull, along with personal belongings and life jackets. This made it clear that a boating accident had taken place earlier.

After checking with the operations room and Maritime Rescue, it was confirmed that the boat was a sailboat. Its three occupants had been rescued by helicopter the day before, leaving the boat to drift. Thankfully, no one was reported injured in the incident.
