December 31st will be the highlight of the Christmas program with the Grand New Year's Eve Gala Dinner, the first since the hotel reopened. The evening starts with a welcome cocktail in the Taoro Ballroom garden, followed by dinner inside the ballroom. A special menu will be served, featuring dishes like blue lobster tournedos with a light fennel cream, Galician beef risotto with black potato parmentier and truffle, and a Guinness and salted caramel dessert. The experience will also include the traditional New Year's grapes, an hour-long open bar, and a Belle Époque themed party with a dance floor to welcome the new year.
The festive program also offers a January 1st Brunch at Restaurante Atlántico. This gourmet brunch is designed to delight all your senses, with dishes that blend local and international flavors.
