La Laguna: Free activities for young people for Youth Day!

In La Laguna, free events are being held until August 17 to mark International Youth Day, including workshops, open-air cinema, parties and sports activities.

In La Laguna this week, until August 17, the Youth Council is organizing cool free events for International Youth Day! It's all part of the "Youth Passport – Summer in ON Mode" program.

There will be creative workshops, open-air cinema, music, sports, and just cool places to hang out. And all this in different parts of the city, so that everyone can find something interesting for themselves.

It all started on Tuesday, August 12, with the "Through the Looking Glass" workshop. There, drag artists such as Drag Elektra, Drag Hefesto, Pupi Poisson, and Exhuberancia Carey showed young people (14-30 years old) how they transform – from makeup to performing on stage.

On Wednesday, August 13, the Bajamar Summer party will be held on Gran Poder Avenue in Bajamar from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. And from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Airam Tejera, Yeray Padilla, and Fran Valentín will be lighting up the Neón party.

On Friday, August 15, "Inside Out 2" will be shown in the square near the Santo Domingo Church as part of the "Summer Cinema". It starts at 9:00 p.m.

And on Sunday, August 17, the "Youth Territory" will be held in El Cardonal Square from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with games, workshops, sports, and other entertainment. Come hang out together!
