According to 112 Canarias, the injured included four girls (17, 18, 21 and 22 years old) and one boy (23 years old).
Paramedics provided first aid at the scene, and then they were taken to various hospitals: the Southern Hospital, the Quirón Adeje Hospital, and the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.
The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
