The Canarias Ciudad de La Laguna Isla Calavera Fantastic Film Festival has rescheduled most of its events to Thursday, November 13th, due to a weather alert issued by the Canary Islands Government.

The Canarias Ciudad de La Laguna Isla Calavera Fantastic Film Festival has had to cancel all events and film screenings from 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12th. This is because the Canary Islands Government's Directorate General of Emergencies has issued a weather alert.

Most of these events will now take place on Thursday, November 13th, with some adjustments to the schedule.

The tribute to the film Metropolis, featuring live music by Jonay Armas and voice actor performances, has been moved to Thursday at 5:30 PM. The Aliens event will still happen, but it will start later, at 8:30 PM instead of 7:00 PM.

The screening of Bruno Martín's film Luger, which was originally planned for Wednesday, has been moved to Friday at 10:00 PM. Both the Metropolis and Aliens events will be in Room 17.

On Thursday, November 13th, Room 6 will show its planned films: Short Film Session 2 at 5:00 PM, followed by Gatillero at 7:30 PM and Mother's Baby at 9:15 PM. A new room, Room 7, will also be used on Thursday, showing Short Film Session 1 at 5:00 PM, La cosa en la niebla at 7:15 PM, and The Black Hole at 9:15 PM. The presentation of the official festival novel, Slipstream City by Víctor Conde, will still take place in the Fan Zone as planned.

These changes may be altered if the weather alert is extended.

If you have tickets for Metropolis or Aliens, they will be valid for the new times on Thursday. Tickets for the short films and competition films will also be valid for their rescheduled screenings.

If you are unable to attend the new times, refunds will be available at the box office.
