
Fairgrounds Hosts First Carnival Children's Queen Election Tomorrow
Ten young candidates will compete for the first queen of the local carnival season tomorrow at 6:30 PM at the Fairgrounds' Carnival Children's Queen Election Gala, directed by Paula Álvarez.
Tomorrow, at 6:30 PM, the Fairgrounds will host the Carnival Children's Queen Election Gala. Ten young candidates will compete for the first queen of the local carnival season in a fantasy show directed by Paula Álvarez.
The young queens will parade in the following order:
First up is Sofía Campos, presenting Burbujas de amor (Bubbles of Love), designed by Sedormir Rodríguez de la Sierra, and representing Grupo Intesa. Next will be Micaela Díaz, with her fantasy Desde bien lejitos vengo (I Come From Far Away), designed by Santi Castro, for Dr. Blas García clinics. Third in line is Ciara Luz Álvarez, presenting No me cuentes pinochadas que llevo una ballena detrás (Don't Tell Me Tall Tales, I Have a Whale Behind Me), by J. J. Santana, representing Multicentro Comercial El Trompo and Radio Marca Tenerife.
Fourth is Yaxira González, with Firmamento (Firmament), a design by Noé González de la Rosa, representing Valoriza. Following her is Leire Socas, presenting Mi destino se llama amistad (My Destiny is Called Friendship), by David Afonso Darías, representing Podas Bello and Maquinarias Cohermo. Sixth to parade is Ana Ferrera, with La hora del planeta (Earth Hour), by Dani Mena, representing Henry Cly Photographer, Grupo El Cine, Los Menceyes, and Ferretería Miraes.
Daniela Barrera will be seventh, presenting the fantasy Cuenta conmigo (Count on Me), by Alexis Santana, representing Asociación Carroza Carnavalera and Escuelas Infantiles El Creyón de Sofi. After her, Claudia Reyes will showcase La más bella de las princesas (The Most Beautiful of the Princesses), by David Hernández, for the Tacoronte City Council.
Finally, Alysson Rodríguez will parade with Zapatera a sus zapatos (Shoemaker to Her Shoes), by Ángel Ramos, representing Café-Bar Los Esperanceros and García & García. The last contestant will be Lucía Álvarez, presenting Mensajera (Messenger), by Jorán Torres, for E&M Gestoría Asesores, Sabores del Norte Canarias by Lis Peña, and Caprican.
