Factorii has opened the Canary Islands' first retail exhibition hall in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, serving as a central hub for businesses to professionalize and optimize commercial space design and strategy.
Factorii has opened the first exhibition hall for the retail sector in the Canary Islands, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This new space highlights the increasing need for local businesses to become more professional and adapt to today's market. Situated at Calle Ibaute 27, it will serve as a central hub for designing and fitting out commercial spaces, offering complete solutions to the challenges faced by businesses across the islands.
Spanning over 500 square meters, the showroom is designed to replicate various retail environments, covering sectors like fashion, beauty, electronics, food, lighting, pharmacies, wineries, and hardware. The goal is to help business owners and entrepreneurs easily visualise different technical setups and efficient shop layouts. Ultimately, this aims to improve the customer shopping experience and boost sales for businesses. This approach is crucial as retail evolves, making it essential for physical stores to be unique and efficient, especially with the growth of online shopping and changing customer demands.
The opening ceremony, held recently, saw a strong turnout of key figures from both government and the business community. After welcoming guests, Abraham Guzmán from Factorii gave a speech, highlighting the company's history and its dedication to developing commerce in the Canary Islands. Other speakers included Bernard Lonis, President of Zona Centro Santa Cruz; Abbas Moujir, President of FAUCA; Elena Vela, General Secretary of CEOE Tenerife; Krysten Martín Hernández, Commerce Delegate for the Cabildo de Tenerife; and Carmen Pérez, Councillor for Employment, Commerce, and Tourism at Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council. The event concluded with a cocktail-breakfast, allowing guests to explore the new facilities and make professional connections.
This exhibition hall is set to become a hub where industry, commerce, and innovation meet, going beyond simply displaying products. Its main purpose is to serve as a platform for businesses to plan their future, analyse complete projects, and apply best practices in design, efficiency, and commercial strategy. Through this commitment, Factorii strengthens its role in modernising the islands' business landscape. It provides a valuable resource for businesses to plan their growth with a technical and competitive outlook, actively helping to professionalise commerce across the Canary Islands.
