Emmasa: Pipe Burst Cuts Water Supply in Santa Cruz Neighborhoods
Emmasa announced a major pipe breakdown is causing water interruptions and low pressure in Santa Cruz de Tenerife's Salamanca and Los Gladiolos neighborhoods, with repairs expected throughout the morning.
Emmasa, the water company for Santa Cruz de Tenerife, announced on Thursday that a major pipe breakdown is affecting water supply in the Salamanca neighborhood and Los Gladiolos areas.
This isn't the first time this has happened. Just over two months ago, Emmasa reported a similar problem that also affected this area, along with Venezuela Avenue and Los Verodes.
The current issue is causing water interruptions and low pressure in several places. Emmasa expects the problem to be fixed gradually throughout the morning.
The company advises residents to use their water reserve tanks while repairs are completed and normal service resumes.
