According to the Canary Islands' emergency services (CECOES 112), the cyclist fell onto the asphalt while riding along the Cueva del Hermano Pedro road. Emergency teams were alerted at 9:14 a.m. and sent a basic life support ambulance to the scene. Paramedics treated the cyclist, who suffered various bruises from the fall.
