This week, Chamberí School's 3rd-year ESO students welcomed a South Korean musical group, who performed traditional dances and K-pop to promote understanding of international cultural diversity.
This week, Chamberí School welcomed a musical group from South Korea. The visit was part of a project for 3rd-year ESO students, who are studying different world cultures in their Geography class.
This initiative aims to help students understand international cultural diversity. It was made possible by the parents of one of the school's students, who helped connect the school with the South Korean artists.
During their visit, the group performed traditional South Korean dances and K-pop routines. This gave students a taste of both classic and modern culture from South Korea.
Students showed great interest and participated enthusiastically. They learned firsthand about different customs, music, and traditions, which helped reinforce values like respect for other cultures and curiosity about the world.
