CD Tenerife Poised for Promotion to Second Division as City Prepares for Celebrations

CD Tenerife could secure a return to professional football this Friday, May 1st, sparking a wave of excitement across the island’s capital. The club’s promotion to the Second Division depends on their own performance and the result of the match between Celta Fortuna and Osasuna Promesas.
Álvaro Cervera’s team will be watching the 3:15 PM match at Pasarón closely. If the Vigo reserve team slips up, Tenerife will be mathematically promoted before they even take the pitch at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium.
