The Parliament of the Canary Islands has opened a new art exhibition called "Cartography of Color" by Virginia Moreno Pedreira, a painter from Tenerife.

The exhibition features 17 paintings that celebrate the bonds of friendship between women. According to the artist, the works are a tribute to "the invisible network" of support that women provide each other through good times and bad.

"Cartography of Color" is open to the public until November 8 in the Parliament's exhibition hall. The opening event was led by Mario Cabrera, the first secretary of the Autonomous Parliament.
