
Canary Islands Musical "Moher" Premieres December 19th at Adeje Auditorium
The Adeje Auditorium will premiere the new musical "Moher," a Canarian production by Melodie and Ubaldo Pérez, on December 19th, featuring local talent and a modern, feminist exploration of myths and legends.
The Adeje Auditorium is set to host the debut of the musical "Moher" on December 19th at 8:00 PM. This new show is the brainchild of writer and director Melodie Pérez, along with composer Ubaldo Pérez, and is brought to life by Encaro Factory.
"Moher" is a production entirely made by artists and professionals from the Canary Islands. It offers a fresh take on old myths and legends, exploring ideas of identity, love, and personal growth through a modern, feminist lens.
The show features stage design by Guillermo Molina, costumes by Leo Martínez, and makeup and styling by Paloma Schmunk. Juanjo Beloqui is responsible for the lighting.
The cast of "Moher" includes promising talent from the Canary Islands' musical theatre and contemporary dance scenes. The performers are Silvia Criado, Saulo Trujillo, Carla Peraza, Tamia Déniz, David Correa Negrín, Aygul Akhunova, Adrián Méndez, and Cecilia Luis. The cast is currently rehearsing at the multipurpose room at Encaro Factory.
