The Canary Islands will experience stable, mild weather this Tuesday as trade winds persist, bringing clear skies to most areas with some cloud cover expected on northern slopes.

The Canary Islands will see stable weather this Tuesday, according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet). The trade winds will continue to dictate the conditions, keeping the weather consistent with recent days.

In Tenerife, the weather will vary depending on the area. The north and the coast can expect some cloud cover early and late in the day, while the interior will be mostly sunny, with only a few clouds developing in the afternoon. Temperatures will range from 22 to 28 degrees Celsius; while coastal temperatures will remain steady, the interior can expect a slight increase.

Wind will be a factor for those planning outdoor activities or sailing. A light to moderate northeasterly wind is expected, blowing strongest on the eastern slopes. Meanwhile, at the highest altitudes of Tenerife, winds will shift to the southwest and could become quite strong.

Across the rest of the archipelago, the day will be mostly clear. The only exceptions are the northern slopes of the higher islands, where the northeasterly breeze will bring some morning clouds. Overall, the region will continue to experience the stable, mild weather typical of this time of year.
