The Canary Islands will enjoy stable weather this Monday, according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet). Skies will be mostly clear or only lightly clouded, leading to a slight rise in temperatures inland and maintaining the mild conditions typical for this time of year.
In Tenerife, temperatures will reach between 19°C and 27°C. Winds will be light to moderate from the northeast, though they may shift at the summits. The northern part of the island, along with other areas in the province, can expect some cloud cover at the start and end of the day. In San Sebastián de La Gomera, temperatures will stay steady between 20°C and 26°C, with trade winds picking up on the eastern and northwestern coasts.
In Santa Cruz de La Palma, clouds will be more persistent, particularly in the morning, and there is a slight chance of light rain. Temperatures in the capital will range from 18°C to 24°C. Meanwhile, in Valverde (El Hierro), skies are expected to clear as the day goes on, with temperatures between 15°C and 22°C.
This weather pattern is driven by the Azores High, which is keeping the trade winds steady. This stability is important for local tourism and agriculture, as both sectors rely on these forecasts to plan daily operations and manage crops in mid-altitude areas.
