Canary Guitar Quartet Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Special Concert in Tegueste

The Canary Guitar Quartet celebrates a decade of music this Thursday, marking a major milestone for chamber ensembles in the Canary Islands. To celebrate their 10th anniversary, the group will perform a special concert at the Príncipe Felipe Theater in Tegueste at 8:00 p.m. The performance will showcase the experience the quartet has built since its early days, when the members were associated with the Las Palmas Symphony Orchestra.

The event is part of the "TeCulte" initiative, which aims to bring more cultural events to different parts of Tenerife. The program will feature a retrospective of the group's most significant work. The quartet—made up of Samuel Delgado, Luis Alejandro García, Tomás Fariña, and Fran Yanes—has earned a strong reputation over the years, winning numerous chamber music awards both at home and abroad and helping to raise the profile of the classical guitar in the professional music world.

Admission to the concert is free, but attendees must reserve a spot in advance to help manage venue capacity. You can book your place by calling 922 316 136.
