The CajaCanarias Foundation hosts its annual Christmas Concert today at 6 PM in Tenerife, featuring the White Voices Choir, Kids and Swing, and guest artists performing swing and jazz-infused carols, with tickets starting at two euros.

The CajaCanarias Foundation is hosting its annual Christmas Concert today, Thursday, at 6:00 PM. The event will take place at their cultural center in Tenerife's capital.

The concert will feature the White Voices Choir from the Professional Music Conservatory of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (CPMT). For the second year in a row, they'll be joined by the band Kids and Swing. Tickets start at two euros and can be bought on the CajaCanarias website: www.cajacanarias.com.

The groups will perform traditional carols, sung in English. These songs have been arranged to evoke the golden age of swing and jazz, but with some modern twists. Well-known artists like Chiqui Pérez, Gustavo Campos, Héctor Quintero, and José M. Ramos will also perform. Antonio Fumero will host the event.

The White Voices Choir, led by Juan Ramón Vinagre Delgado, consists of 45 women aged 14 to 24. They have a strong history of performing in concerts, choral events, and national competitions, where they've won many awards.

Kids and Swing was started in 2015 by Gustavo Díaz. It began as an educational project for schools in the Canary Islands, offering activities designed to help students develop a wide range of skills.
