CajaCanarias' Garachico Center Hosts Piano, Vocal Series
CajaCanarias Foundation's Garachico cultural center is hosting two upcoming piano and vocal performances this Friday and October 25, featuring diverse musical styles and eras for a three-euro ticket.
CajaCanarias Foundation is hosting its third annual series of piano and vocal performances at its Garachico cultural center (Calle Esteban Ponte, 31) this Friday and on October 25.
The series will take you on a musical adventure through different styles and time periods, featuring pianist Mara Jaubert and singers Cristina Calvo, Deyana Savova, Augusto Brito, and Rosina Herrera.
Both performances start at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are available for three euros and can be purchased at www.cajacanarias.com.
Tonight's performance, "Lyrical Landscapes," will feature Mara Jaubert and sopranos Cristina Calvo and Deyana Savova. They will perform pieces by Mendelssohn, Brahms, Schubert, Mozart, Delibes, Bizet, Gounod, Offenbach, Torroba, Penella, Valverde, Obradors, and Giménez.
The second performance, "Lyrical Concert," will be on October 25 with baritone Augusto Brito, soprano Rosina Herrera, and Mara Jaubert on piano. They will explore the music of Joseph Haydn and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
