The Círculo de Amistad XII de Enero recently hosted the premiere of El director es un hacha, a play by Federico Reparaz and Ramón López Montenegro that showcased the growing technical skill of the group’s performers.
The two-act production moved at a dynamic pace, allowing the cast to display a new level of maturity on stage. Directed by Gerardo Fuentes, the play also featured Adrián Rangil, who took on the roles of adapter, director, and lead actor—playing a railway worker with big professional ambitions.
