Burger Fest Canarias with music and craft beer will be held in Tenerife
The Burger Fest Canarias is taking place in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where the best burger restaurants in the Canary Islands come together with music and craft beer.
A new festival, Burger Fest Canarias, will take place in Santa Cruz de Tenerife this weekend! From September 19 to 21, the best burger restaurants in the Canary Islands and cool Canarian DJs will gather in the Alameda del Duque Santa Elena park.
Admission to the festival is free. In addition to delicious burgers, you can enjoy live performances by the band Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto and the Barcelona duo Serial Killers.
Nine DJs will be playing for you from Friday to Sunday. This event is supported by the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council and its Department of Celebrations and the Ifara Center. Here is the schedule of the music program:
- Friday, September 19: 18:00 - 00:00 - Tan FX, Juanra Rodríguez, Serial Killers
- Saturday, September 20: 14:00 - 00:00 - Santee, Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto, Roger S. Morgan, Tana Sandoval
- Sunday, September 21: 14:00 - 23:00 - MCR, Eva Olvido, Juana La Cubana, Adrián Anceu
The Mayor of Santa Cruz, José Manuel Bermúdez, says: "Burger Fest is a great event for our city, where delicious food is combined with music. We hope that the festival will benefit the local economy, as we expect many visitors."
The Councilor of the Center-Ifara district, Purificación Dávila, invites everyone to come to Alameda: "Come and enjoy burgers and music in the center of Santa Cruz! We support this event to please residents and help develop this part of the city."
At Burger Fest Canarias, in addition to music, you will find a large selection of burgers, as well as beer from all over the world - more than 20 varieties! There will also be a separate area with craft beer, where the best Canarian producers will be represented.
The festival will feature more than 15 burger restaurants from all over the archipelago, cooking with local products. In addition, there will be food trucks, sweet stalls, as well as areas for vegans and people with gluten intolerance.
As always, the festival will host a competition for the best burger. The jury, with the support of the organizer Beers, will award prizes: 1000, 300 and 150 euros to the three best, as well as a people's choice award - 150 euros.
