Bosque Encantado Opens Nutcracker Christmas Display
Tacoronte's Bosque Encantado Children's Center has unveiled its annual Christmas display, transforming its facilities into scenes from The Nutcracker with handmade decorations, open until January 9th.
The Bosque Encantado Children's Center in Tacoronte has once again opened its traditional Christmas display. This themed display aims to give families a magical experience.
This year, the center has chosen the classic tale The Nutcracker as its main theme. Its facilities have been transformed into scenes that recreate the most recognizable moments and characters from this famous story.
The decorations, made entirely by the educational team, feature well-known figures and elements from the story. These include the mighty Mouse King, gentle Clara, the brave Nutcracker, and the sparkling Sugar Plum Fairy.
Together, they create a visual journey that invites children and adults into a fantastic world, full of color, detail, and touches of Christmas tradition.
This project starts well before Christmas. The center explains that its educational team begins designing the display in May with an initial sketch. From then on, they work for months crafting each piece and setting up the spaces. This ensures that when the display opens, it has the high quality and charm it's known for.
The display opens every November, drawing many families to the center.
This year, it will be open to the public until January 9th.
