A bomb threat on Tuesday morning led to the evacuation of the Palace of Justice in La Laguna. The incident began when security personnel discovered an abandoned suitcase inside the building.
Following standard procedure, local and national police officers quickly cordoned off the area and instructed all staff, lawyers, and visitors to leave. Bomb disposal experts from the National Police then examined the suitcase for any explosive devices.
They found nothing suspicious, and the suitcase was subsequently taken to the Local Police station as a lost item.
