Movie premieres of the week: a new Amenábar, a western from Aster, and the anime hit "Guardians of the Night"
The historical drama "Captive" by Alejandro Amenábar, the western "Eddington" by Ari Aster, the youth melodrama "Listen to My Voice", the anime "Guardians of the Night: The Infinity Castle", the psychological thriller "The Law of Jenny Penn", the animated film "Super Agent Hitpig!", and the comedy action film "Fried on a Bullet" are starting their screenings in cinemas.

A young soldier, Miguel de Cervantes, is captured by Arab pirates and ends up in Algiers as a hostage. Ari Aster, the director of "Hereditary" and "Midsommar", presents his new western "Eddington". The film stars Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal and Emma Stone. The events unfold in May 2020 in a small town in New Mexico. A conflict between the sheriff and the mayor leads to chaos and pits the residents of Eddington against each other. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.
