Bajamar Endless Summer Festival Returns for Seventh Edition on August 29
The seventh annual Bajamar Endless Summer festival returns to La Laguna’s natural pools on August 29th, featuring a full day of live music, local gastronomy, and a post-event beach cleanup initiative.
The coast of La Laguna is gearing up for the seventh annual Bajamar Endless Summer festival. According to organizers Cerveza Dorada, the event will return on August 29th to the area surrounding the town’s natural swimming pools as part of the "Boncho Tour" circuit.
Supported by the San Cristóbal de La Laguna City Council, the festival will run from 2:00 PM to midnight. The musical lineup features DJ Belinda, followed by Beat Creator, Las Mellizas, and We Are Trash, with La Maldita closing out the night.
Beyond the music, the festival will feature a craft market and a wide range of food and drink options. Organizers have made sure to cater to various dietary needs, offering vegan and gluten-free choices alongside a pastry selection, beer, and mojitos.
Sustainability is a key focus this year. To help protect the coastal environment, the "Por un Boncho Limpito" (For a Clean Boncho) initiative will host a beach cleanup on August 30th, the day after the festival. This effort aims to manage the impact of large crowds and encourage visitors to help preserve Bajamar’s natural beauty.
Now in its seventh year, the festival has become a staple of the local summer calendar. It highlights a growing trend among Canary Island coastal towns to boost tourism and local culture while balancing economic activity with the responsible management of natural resources.
