Ashotel’s Acelera pyme Office has launched two new support programs to help female entrepreneurs bridge the gender gap in technology and accelerate the digital transformation of their businesses.

Ashotel’s Acelera pyme Office (OAP) has launched a new strategy aimed at closing the gender gap in technology and helping service-sector businesses go digital. This March, the organization introduced two support programs specifically for female entrepreneurs, designed to boost their operational efficiency and ensure their projects succeed through personalized technical guidance.

Seventeen participants are currently taking part in the six-month program, receiving a mix of financial consulting, specialized technical training, and group workshops. This approach addresses the increasing need for professional innovation management.

The initiative is built on two main pillars. First, it continues Ashotel’s "Digital Challenges" program, which has been running since 2019. This method brings together teams from tourism companies to work with digital transformation experts, helping them solve real-world operational problems with practical technology solutions.

Second, the organization has launched an acceleration program for emerging female talent. This is open to projects in any industry that are either in the early stages of development or have been operating for less than five years. Through this effort, Ashotel aims to strengthen the local business community and lower the barriers for women entering the digital economy, where expert mentorship is vital for new businesses to survive in a competitive market.
