TF-1 Repairs: Traffic Restrictions in Southern Tenerife
Night repair works will continue on the southern TF-1 highway until Thursday, which will lead to partial lane closures between El Porís and Abades.
Attention, drivers! This Sunday, road repairs will resume on the southern TF-1 highway. The work will continue until Thursday, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., on the section between El Poris (km 37), Tajao (km 47) and Abades (km 45).
According to the Cabildo of Tenerife, the right lane will be closed during the repairs. Sometimes the middle lanes in both directions may also be closed. Traffic will be directed along the outer lanes.
Be careful and cautious, follow the instructions of road workers and signs!
In addition to the new asphalt, there are plans to do a few more important things: install rumble strips, increase the height of the barriers and the dividing strip.
New reflectors will also be installed, the markings will be completely renewed, and concrete barriers and parapets will be installed on the bridges.
