Valencian journalist and performer Alma Andreu is touring Spain with her satirical comedy show Estoy como nunca, which explores the societal pressures and realities of aging for women.

Alma Andreu, a journalist and performer, is currently touring Spain with a show that explores the evolution of women through comedy. Born in 1983, the Valencian artist’s latest production, Estoy como nunca (I’ve Never Been Better), takes an ironic look at social expectations and the realities of aging.

Andreu describes herself as a "journal-artist," and her show serves as a satirical look at the pressures women face as they transition from their youth into their forties. Rather than just providing entertainment, she uses her own life experiences to connect with audiences, highlighting the contradictions and absurdities of adulthood.

As part of her national tour, Andreu will perform at the Reíslas Comedy Festival in the Canary Islands. She is scheduled to appear at the Juan Ramón Jiménez Theater in Telde, Gran Canaria, on September 11, and at the Paraninfo of the University of La Laguna in Tenerife on September 12. Both shows begin at 8:00 p.m.

Following her time in the Canary Islands, the tour will continue through the end of the year with stops in Sabadell, San Sebastián, Córdoba, and Barcelona. The show’s success highlights Andreu’s growing reputation as one of Spain’s most prominent voices in comedy, blending personal storytelling with social commentary.
