The "All Aboard!" educational project, led by Ports of Tenerife, MSC Cruises, and CLIA, is teaching 300 4th-grade students in Tenerife about cruise ship careers, diversity, and environmental values through role-playing and a recycled materials collage competition, with a winning class earning a ship tour.

Around 300 students from schools in Tenerife's capital are taking part in an educational project called "All Aboard!". This project is run by Ports of Tenerife, MSC Cruises, and the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). It teaches 4th-grade primary students about the many jobs on a cruise ship through fun role-playing sessions and a creative competition afterwards.

Nineteen classes are involved in this second stage of the project. Their schools have received all the teaching materials needed, including job cards, worksheets, scripts, diplomas, and other resources, so teachers can run the activities in class. During this time, the students will learn about some of the over 400 jobs found on a cruise ship. They will also explore important values like diversity, respecting different cultures, teamwork, and protecting the environment.

After the classroom activities, students will create a group collage using recycled materials. This collage will show what they've learned. Then, each school will present its work, and the best collages will be displayed publicly at the Cruise Terminal in the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The winning class will get a special tour of the MSC Seaview ship when it docks on April 22, 2026.
