In Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a woman sustained a minor neck injury and two garbage containers were damaged in a traffic accident at the intersection of Volcán de las Arenas and La Brega streets.

On Monday afternoon in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the La Gallega area, two cars collided on the road. As a result, a woman was injured with a minor neck injury.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Volcán de las Arenas and La Brega streets. It is said that one of the drivers simply did not give way to the other.

Two garbage containers were also damaged by the impact – one for regular waste and the other for glass. They were moved from their places, so utility workers had to work to clean everything up.

Local police and an ambulance arrived at the scene of the accident. The woman received first aid and was then taken to a hospital in the capital of Tenerife. Fortunately, she has no serious injuries, only unpleasant sensations due to the impact. Doctors diagnosed her with whiplash.
