In Costa Adeje, a British tourist was robbed on a golf course, with 1,000 euros and documents stolen, which may be the work of an organized group of criminals from Eastern Europe.

A British tourist was robbed on a golf course in Costa Adeje. The thieves took money and documents.

The incident occurred in the parking lot near the training ground. The man reported that his waist bag, containing 1,000 euros and important documents, was stolen. This happened last Wednesday. Someone else was robbed in the same location on Tuesday.

The police immediately began searching for the thieves in the La Caleta area and other parts of Costa Adeje, but so far without success.

Since the crime occurred in a crowded place and during peak season, police suspect the thieves may be from Eastern Europe, possibly Romanians.

It is said that such organized criminal groups come to Tenerife and other Canary Islands between October and April, when other tourist destinations in Spain no longer have as many tourists to rob.
