A free digital kiosk has been installed in Los Realejos for obtaining certificates of residence and other information 24 hours a day, available to residents over 18 years of age.

The town of Los Realejos has a cool new thing – a free digital kiosk! Now you don't have to run around offices to get a certificate. The mayor of the town, Adolfo González, together with the technology advisor, José David Cabrera, and IT specialist Héctor Hernández, personally presented this novelty.

The kiosk is open 24/7 and is located right on the street, on the wall of the city council. You can quickly get a certificate of residence or travel information.

It's simple: if you are already 18 and registered in Los Realejos, insert your passport into the device, order the document you need and receive it immediately. All for free!

You can get the certificate in three ways:

  • Scan the QR code with your phone.
  • Receive it by e-mail (but first you need to specify your e-mail in the registration data).
  • Print it directly at the kiosk.

The city authorities ask to avoid printing if possible, in order to reduce paper consumption and protect the environment.

The mayor says that this is just the beginning. In the future, even more different documents will be able to be processed through the kiosk. This is another step towards making all services online and convenient for people.
