A 64-year-old driver died in a traffic accident in Tenerife.
In southern Tenerife, a 64-year-old man died in an accident on the TF-82 highway near Adeje after driving off the road.
This morning, an accident occurred in the south of Tenerife, resulting in the death of a 64-year-old man.
The incident happened on the TF-82 highway, which connects Icod de los Vinos with Adeje, near Adeje itself, at the 47th kilometer of the road.
Around 11:30 a.m., rescuers received a call reporting that a driver had run off the road into a ditch.
An ambulance, doctors, firefighters from the Tejin Park, traffic police, and local police from Adeje immediately rushed to the scene.
Firefighters were the first to begin resuscitating the man, and then they were replaced by paramedics.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to save the driver, and doctors pronounced him dead.
